MOTD (Makeup of the Day)
So I went to sleep about 6 am I think and now I'm up again thinking of how I should do my makeup today. I suppose I'll do it in the ishockey-team's (the one I'm supposed to cheer at) colours. Red, black, white and a tad bit of yellow. I think I can do something decent with it. And if I have the time I'll show you pictures, even if they won't be of the best quality since I have to use a bad camera, but any picture's better than no picture, right?!
Alot of things going on
Sorry for the slight absence lately, I'm on my way to do the next ELF-review but I had exams this week and also IKEA was here to get some inspiration on how to decorate small rooms/apartments.
Tonight I was out on dinner with some friends, watched some movies (and cute baby-pet clips on youtube). Was really tired, but when I walked home I suddenly got really awake again so that's why I'm typing at 3 am :P
My little kitten has been alone for quite awhile now aswell so she "talks" alot and want to play with me, no sleep for me :P I might even tidy my makeup-table since I didn't have the time to do it before IKEA came yesterday (Friday).
Just to give you an idea of how large parts of my makeup looks like when trown in a drawer looks like.
Quite hard to do your makeup when it's thrown like this. But I bought some boxes to try to get everything organized. Only bought two since I didn't know if they'll fit in the drawer, but by the looks of it I think they will.
Tomorrow (today) I'll go on an ice hockey match with some people from my work and we have dinner after it aswell so that'll be fun, and on Sunday it's the first Sunday of Advent so there will be a market in town and also alot of other things going on so I'm planning on go there with my boyfriend just to check it out (and most likely find alot of things to buy). I'm not a Christmas-spirit kind of person, but it's fun nontheless.
Now I'll quit my word-vomiting and do something. Have a nice weekend everyone!

New shoes
Okay, so I bought new shoes last Saturday, really loved them and for the first time today I wanted to wear them out.
But obviously these aren't shoes you are supposed to wear just to look at, 'cuase suddenly the whole fricking heel fell of. Didn't even do anything wrong, just walked.
That's not okay, so now I have to go to the shop and change them. Just have to calm down a bit first so I don't go there and kill the first person starting to argue with me.
So these were the shoes that broke
And I wonder if I dare to wear these out since this incident

Review ELF Studio Pigment Eyeshadow
Okay as said I ordered from ELF (eyes lips face) two weeks ago and got it this Monday.
And for the record, you will find ALOT of ELF reviews in this blog since it's my absolute favourite makeup company.
I'm going to start of the review with the Studio Pigmet Eyeshadows. I had one already and I'll probably include that one in a later review, but this time I'm only going to talk about the three I bought this time which is Breezy Blue, Passionate Purple and Tropical Teal.

The colours are amazing and they go on smoothly and pigmented. As you will see on the swatches they really do need something to stick to (like a base, primer or applied wet) to really make the colours true and pigmented.
From seeing them on the homepage I don't really know what to say. They're not that true to the colour, the purple is more blue, the blue is darker and the teal isn't as bright and alot more greenish/gold (all in comparison to the pics on their page). Still they're beautiful colours and I really like them.

As you can see Passionate Purple is almost a purple/blue duochrome, though when applied it turns out more like a blueish purple.

Breezy Blue is a navy blue with some rainbowshimmer tough it doesn't really show when applied and when applied dry it becomes almos black. It's not really anything special that you can't find elsewhere but I like it.

Tropical Teal was probably the colour that I was the most disappointed with since it looks nothing like the picture on their homepage and I hoped it would be much more like their new cream eyeliner (will show up in a later post) but it was nothing like it. I still really like this colour and will probably use it alot.
All in all I'm really satisfied with the shadows and long for buying the rest of them as well!

Where on earth did this day go?

Now I'm going to try out my new drugstore eyeshadow palettes I bought yesterday kinda like mini-versions of the Coastal Scents 88 Metal Mania Palette but in two wallet-size 25 palettes.
(and looking at a cooking show with desserts make me long for a pudding or something like that)

Blogging with one hand
Having a kitten is kinda like having a baby. You'll have to learn to do things one handed since little kitten suddenly decides to sleep on one of them. Thank god she choose the left one :P
Didn't get any pictures of my makeup yesterday 'cause my friend showed up one hour early :P Ended up with a red/navy blue eye at least. It was really pretty.
And now I'm of to wash my hair and then go home to dinner at my parents house.

New haircut
Cut my hair today. Somehow it alwyas turn out shorter than expected, but hey, it takes no time for my hair to grow. Cut bangs aswell. Or "real" bangs, had grown out sideswept bangs before.
Somehow I always look younger with bangs, don't really know why but that's the case. Can give you a before and after pic when I've done my makeup so you can see the difference by yourselves.
Going out tonight with friends so I'm looking forward to false lashes and alot of makeup, but don't really know what to wear yet. Except for the shoes :P Oh well, of to play with makeup, you'll get the outcome later tonight or tomorrow.

Hi and welcome to my new makeup blog.
First entries are always a bit meaningless, everyone's trying to talk a little bit about them selves and what the blog is about.
Well, I'm a girl from Sweden, obsessed with makeup and that's what my blog will be about mostly but also a more private blog where I'll talk about what ever comes to my head. Some entries might be in Swedish but mostly I'll write in English just to keep everyone satisfied.
Well now the blog is mostly under construction even though I'll start blogging as normal. Therefore you'll probably will notice alot of changes in the start, but I hope you'll enjoy it anyways!
